Yellowstone Beerfest Terms and Conditions
Location and Time: Yellowstone Beerfest will be held at City Park in downtown Cody, Wyoming, on July 22nd, 2023. The event will commence at 2:00 PM for VIP ticket holders and 3:00 PM for General Admission ticket holders, running until 8:00 PM. The address for City Park is 1501 Stampede Ave., Cody, WY.
Age Restrictions: Drinking at Yellowstone Beerfest is restricted to individuals aged 21 and above. This is a family friendly event, but ID is required for those participating.
General Terms: Valid, state-issued identification must be presented at the entrance gate. All attendees will be required to present identification, and this requirement will be strictly enforced.
Refund Policy: All ticket sales are final, except in the case of event cancellation. The fee charged by Beerfests.com for ticket purchases is non-refundable.
Miscellaneous Policies:
No pets are allowed within the event premises. However, service animals are welcomed.
Outside food and beverages are not permitted.
Food trucks will be onsite at the event for food purchase.
Attendees are encouraged to bring their own camp chairs for seating comfort.
By purchasing a ticket and attending Yellowstone Beerfest, you agree to adhere to the terms and conditions outlined above. Failure to comply with these terms may result in refusal of entry or expulsion from the event without refund.
